Hospice-Veterans Partnership

Did you know that most veterans have never been thanked for their service? Veterans make up 66% of the total male population ages 65 and over in Indiana. We believe educating veterans on their end-of-life choices is very important. The Indiana Hospice-Veterans Partnership (HVP) strives to improve access to end-of-life care for Veterans. We encourage all Hoosiers and end-of-life care organizations to thank those who have sacrificed for our country.
