Coordinator – Outpatient Hospice Quality Management

          RN with CPHQ preferred

          Implement, monitor and coordinate quality assessment and improvement activities in Clarian Hospice.

Manager outpatient Clinical Services

          Masters in Social Work or equivalent professional certification and work experience or certification by the college of chaplains and the association for clinical pastoral education

Assist the Director in planning, directing and overall operation of the area. Accountable for day-to-day operations of the unit(s) or center(s) through implementation of strategy , policy, direction and action plans. Responsible for the efficient and purposeful integration of the Chaplaincy Social Work and Bereavement Services.
